Gabba Central Towers - private studio apartment with car park! in BURANDA, Queensland for sale

Hello,
I have a studio apartment available in the super convenient Gabba Central Towers from Monday 29 September! This modern complex has a Coles supermarket and other shops downstairs, and is directly across the road from the Woolloongabba bus interchange. The complex also has a pool, gym and sauna. You will have the sole use of the car space in the secured carpark.
The apartment itself is bright, air conditioned and has a decent sized bathroom and kitchenette. It is unfurnished except for a clothes dryer.
The studio shares a front door with my one-bedroom apartment, but while we will share the hot water bill, the apartments are completely separate and private.
I'm a woman in my mid-20s, employed full-time and would prefer someone around the same age. I'm pretty easy going and not around often, so just looking for someone trustworthy and reliable. Please be willing to commit to signing the lease with the real estate agent.
